Commission & DESIGN T.O.S

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND commissions may take anywhere from 1 week - 2 months (max) to complete. I work on one commission at a time so please check my queue!! If you’re interested in commissioning me please note that girl/fem characters don't look very good in my style but if you're interested I can still take on the challenge.

Will draw

- most species (preferably canine as that's what I know to draw best)
- most clothing and accessories
- complex designs may cost an extra $5-10
- mild blood
- cigarette use
- !!simple!! robot/armor parts
-Note that I may alter some colors to best fit my art style

WON'T DRAW

- nsfw, strong gore, sexual nudity, etc..
-fetish
- complex backgrounds (landscape)
- reptiles, birds (ask)
- very muscular characters
- humans/humanoids
-discriminating/hateful content towards any race, gender, sexuality, or religious group(s)

Payments & Refunds

(WIPS are provided very frequently)

- I take payments upfront after accepting your commission- I only take PayPal as payment (usd) through goods and services- I do not accept any type refunds- If I feel like I can not complete/feel comfortable to do a certain type of commission I have the full right to not accept and or fully refund if paid.

What am I allowed to do with my commission?

- You may use the commission as an icon, banner, wallpaper, with credit if possible.- You may post the artwork anywhere you would like with proper credit. if you are not the owner of the piece you have no right to be using it.- Commissions are only for personal uses. You may NOT sell the commission for your own profits- I have the full right to post a commission anywhere and wherever I wish and use them as an example for future commissions. If you would NOT like for the commission to be posted please let me know before hand.
(if you would not like your @ to be mentioned PLEASE let me know)- You may never claim/take credit for any of my art as your own.
don't trace, copy, steal or heavily reference my work.

DESIGN TERMS OF SERVICE

- Please do NOT delete any of my designs off toyhouse- Please do NOT remove my watermark/credit off of any of my designs.- Feel free to make any edits to my designs as long as I am still credited for creation. If heavily edited feel free to make them into a whole separate character.
(while still leaving the original alive.)- You may NOT make you own rules/ terms to any of my designs.- Do NOT repost any of my designs if they do not belong to you! Please respect their owner.- You may sell the character for any price. BUT if the design has no additional art added, don’t sell them higher than what you paid.- Please credit me when reposting/using my designs. (if possible)- IF YOU PURCHASED A DESIGN BY ME AND DON"T HAVE A TOYHOUSE I CAN PROVIDE YOU WITH A CODE!! I love seeing my designs being used :D
